Of Quartz I love it, and why!?

I love Clear Quartz, and if you know me, you know I am Quartz hoe, I want them all!

Clear Quartz has always fascinated me, it captures my eye, it is simple yet there’s so much to a Quartz.

I pick one and can’t put it down. Not just the clarity but the all important vibe or energy I get from the stone itself. To me they are potent beings, here to help in whatever you need.

Quartz is Pyroelectric and piezoelectric, it’s mostly compromised of silica, and some oxygen, it’s one of the most common and abundant minerals on earth.

Let’s talk about it’s piezoelectric properties! What does piezoelectric mean, how do you even say it?! Well I can help with the meaning, maybe not so much how to say it as some of you that watch my lives know! Piezoelectric means, electric polarization that results from mechanical pressure being applied. Or it gives an electrical output when it’s put through physical pressure. Sounds like a person right! We get out under pressure and we usually do something about it, well so does Quartz.

The piezoelectric properties of Quartz is what gives it valuable uses in watches, machines, microphones, cellphones, and just about anything that send or receives information. That makes it pretty cool in my book of coolness.  Quartz is used to aid in sending or receiving messages, a simple, commonly found stone. It blows my mind, just thinking about it. There’s not many crystals out there that are as widely used as Quartz are. We know now what piezoelectricity means.

Let’s go on to its Pyroelectric properties, it is when Quartz has been heated or cooled is creates an electrical charge. Easy, right.

Some of the metaphysical properties of Quartz, they’re very well known. Just in case, here are some of the amazing things of Quartz.

Quartz is an amplifier, it amplifies all energy that is around it, unless you’ve given it a job, ie a program to amplify. If you are a naturally joyful person and you keep Quartz around you, that Quartz will amplify that energy, same if it’s the opposite. It’s good to keep you in your toes, mind your attitude around the power houses of Quartz.

Clear Quartz is a master healer crystal, and may be used for any condition. It is thought to stimulate the immune and circulatory systems, enhancing energy flow and bringing the body into balance. It has been used to treat migraine headaches, vertigo, in stabilizing dizziness or motion sickness, and is believed to assist with metabolism, exhaustion, and weight loss. Quartz is a powerhouse, common yet one of the regal crystals. Of course that is my personal opinion.
